LAMARA PARIS ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via courier to our online store within 7 days from the date of purchase.

 

We do not cover the cost of courier for returns and exchanges, this is a direct fee which we do not benefit from.

For an exchange, the fee must be paid for before we can release the exchange, for a refund we will deduct from the shoe price.

RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS

At LaMara Paris we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase, we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
  • You produce your original LaMara Paris invoice (receipt) when you return the item.
  • The item is in original saleable condition.
  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned.
  • In original packaging

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, LaMara Paris reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. LaMara Paris will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

ONLINE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

To request an online exchange or return, please click on the button below to enter our return center. 

REQUEST ONLINE RETURN

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your order number and select Start
  3. Select the product(s) you would like to return.
  4. Click the return or exchange button.
  5. Select the reason for your return/exchange from the drop down menu provided
  6. Click Next Step
  7. A confirmation email will be sent the email address on your order confirming that your return request has been logged. 
  8. If your return request is approved, our customer service team will be in contact to arrange for a collection.
  9. If your return is not approved, our customer service team will be in contact and provide more information.

Please note: a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned and that the item is in good, saleable condition. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
